The influence that the zr / ti ratios have on the ceramic crystal structure and its properties are studied through the research carried out about the relative respects of the fabricated samples . the increase of zr / ti ratio can result in the crystal structure transformation from the tetragonal to the rhombohedral , it can also induce the weakness in the stability of the ceramic crystal structure , for example , the drop in the curie temperature . in order to enhance the relative low mechanical quality factor of pzn - pzt system piezoceramics , component addition pb ( mn1 / 3sb2 / 3 ) o3 ( hereafter abbreviated as pms ) are introduced in to form a new psudo - tetragonal system ceramics 為獲得具有高的機(jī)電耦合系數(shù)kp ,高的機(jī)械品質(zhì)因數(shù)qm的高性能壓電陶瓷,采用二次合成法制備了不同zr ti比的鈮鋅酸鉛-鋯鈦酸鉛基( pzn - pzt )三元系壓電陶瓷材料,研究了zr ti比變化對(duì)陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)zr ti比增大除了可以使陶瓷的相結(jié)構(gòu)由四方相向三方相轉(zhuǎn)化外,還降低了陶瓷的結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,使tc溫度下降。
On the base of tg - dta , found the yb : kgw crystal has very good thermal stability under 1100 , which has two obvious absorption peak at 1088 and 1025 , contrast with the pure kgw crystal ( melting point at 1005 , phase transition temperature from tetragonal system to monoclinic is 1075 ) , we know the yb : kgw crystal ' s melting point is the absorption peak at 1088 , phase transition peak from tetragonal system to monoclinic is the absorption peak at 1025 利用tg - dta對(duì)所生長(zhǎng)的yb : kgw晶體測(cè)定說明,其在1100以下的熱穩(wěn)定性是很好的。 yb : kgw晶體在1088和1025有兩個(gè)明顯的吸收峰,判斷在1088處較寬的吸收峰是yb : kgw晶體的熔點(diǎn), 1025處的吸收峰是yb : kgw晶體從四方晶系向單斜晶系的相轉(zhuǎn)變峰。
